PresidentC.B. Kuzlik, President, has over 20 years of experience in the paving industry building relationships and improving parking lot management practices. Let’s Pave is the result of his desire to give buyers and employees exactly what they deserve—a better overall experience. Prior to starting Let’s Pave, C.B. served as partner for a large national parking lot contractor and, while there, continuously led the industry in sales; helped develop, roll out, and lead their national business model; and created parking lot management programs for many Fortune 500 companies. He then spent two years managing national accounts, creating custom specifications, and developing national programs in the pavement maintenance division for the largest building and material supplier in the world. From his experience, he learned the do’s and don’ts concerning all aspects of national parking lot maintenance and management. C.B.’s passion, energy, and enthusiasm for the paving industry are infused into Let’s Pave; through this business, he and his team are able to fill in the holes wherever they occur.
